Mini Series 

Body Movement

Turnip the Beet is introducing a mini series concept.

Mini series will each include 4 sessions and will focus on a specific niche pastry or culinary arts topic.


  • 4 weeks of classes for students who are interested in the special culinary or pastry topic of study.

  • Topics offered rotate each month. Some topics include:

  • French Baking

  • Asian Cuisine

  • International Culinary

  • Holiday Baking

  • Fairies, Unicorns and Glitter Galore

  • All Black Everything; cooking with ink and charcoal

  • Fermented Foods

  • Condiments and Sauces

  • Cake Decorating

  • For students age 8+

  • Usually offered every month

  • Classes are 2 - 2.5 hours depending on subject matter


  • Students receive a guide book of tips and tricks at the end of series


  • Students receive online access to recipes that we use in class
